PERIOD/DEADLINES:
Sweepstakes begins Monday, August 12, 2002 at 12:01 am Eastern Time
("ET") and ends Sunday, September 8, 2002 at 11:59 pm ET.

HOW TO ENTER.
Log on to fxnetworks.com from 12:01am ET Monday August 12, 2002 to 11:59
pm ET Sunday, September 8, 2002. Follow the links to "Pure Hollywood
Xperience Sweepstakes" webpage. Click on the entry button and complete
and submit the registration form in order to be eligible for the drawing.
Each completed registration form constitutes one (1) entry. Limit one
(1) entrant per e-mail address per day and entrants may enter up to
seven times per week. The one-per-day entry maximum will be strictly
enforced and additional entries by one email address beyond the one-per-day
maximum will be void.
Sponsor, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, subsidiaries and advertising and promotions agencies are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or unintelligible entries, telephone system or computer malfunctions, lost connections or transmission errors; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the acceptance, possession or usage of any prize or from participating in the Sweepstakes; or (iii) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any material associated with the Sweepstakes.
6. DRAWINGS:
Winners will be selected in random drawings from among all eligible
internet entries received during the Sweepstakes period. Four (4) Grand
Prize winners will be selected by random drawing (to be held on or about
September 16, 2002) from among all eligible entrants. Odds of winning
are dependent upon the total number of eligible internet entries received.
Limit one prize per person / household / e-mail account.
The winners will be notified by phone, and/or e-mail and/or overnight mail on or about September 18, 2002. Entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Random selection will be under supervision of Sponsor or their designee, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the sweepstakes. All winners will be subject to verification. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the failure to respond timely and completely to the winner notification or if winner is unable to travel on specified dates, will result in forfeiture of the prize and sponsors, in their discretion, may select an alternative winner.
7. PRIZES.
Total Grand Prizes: Four (4): A trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA
to appear in a "walk-on" role (winner only: non-speaking,
background player) on an FX Original Production. Trip includes: roundtrip
coach class airfare for two (2) from commercial airport nearest winnerıs
primary residence to Los Angeles, CA, two (2) nights standard hotel,
double occupancy suite,a five hundred dollar ($500.00) gift certificate
for two (2) to a day spa of Sponsorıs choice, roundtrip ground transfers
between Los Angeles airport and hotel, hotel and day spa, and hotel
and location of FX Original Production and one thousand dollars ($1,000.00)
spending money. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Grand
Prize: four thousand dollars ($4,000.00); Actual value may vary based
on initial point of departure. The total ARV of all prizes is approximately
sixteen thousand dollars ($16,000.00). Travel dates subject to availability,
blackout dates and other restrictions. Sponsor reserves the right to
approve trip dates that winner selects. Trip redemption requires four
(4) week advance notice for booking. Trip subject to FX Originals production
schedule and is subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right
to change the destination from Los Angeles to another city based on
FX Originals Production Location Set. Winners must complete all travel
within one (1) year of being confirmed as a Grand Prize Winner. Winner
and guests must travel together. Guests may be a minor only if winner
is the guest's parent or legal guardian. Prize winners are solely responsible
for all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes, and for any travel
and other expenses not specified as prizes. Prizes, reservations, attraction
admission tickets, gift certificates and airline tickets are non-refundable
for cash and non-changeable once issued or if unused. If lost, they
will not be replaced. Prize winners cannot assign or transfer their
prize to another person. Sponsor in its sole discretion may substitute
cash or a different prize of equal or greater retail value.
8.
CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASES.
Eligibility, age and all claims made by winners are subject to verification.
Potential winner must complete, sign, have notarized and return an Affidavit
of Eligibility/Prize Acceptance/Liability, an appearance release for
the FX Original Production, and, except where prohibited by law, a Publicity
Release Form within seven (7) days of receipt of same. Potential winnerıs
guests/traveling companions ("Guests") or parent or legal
guardian if Guests is a minor, must also sign, have notarized and return
an Affidavit of Eligibility/Prize Acceptance/Liability, an appearance
release for the FX Original Production and, except where prohibited
by law, a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of prize notification.
By accepting prize, winners' consent to the use of their names, photographs
and likenesses for the FX Original Production, advertising, trade and
promotional purposes in all media without additional compensation, except
where prohibited by law. If a selected potential winners or Guests fail
to comply with official rules and/or to submit required documentation
within the designated period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate
winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion. By accepting prize,
winners further acknowledge that the Sweepstakes Participants have neither
made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty,
representation or guarantee, express or implied in fact or in law, relative
to prize or prize suppliers or to any portion thereof, including by
not limited to its quality, merchantability, mechanical condition, or
fitness for a particular purpose. All travel may be subject to flight
variation, delays, cancellations, re-routing, work stoppages or occurrences
of force majeure. It is recommended that Winners obtain travel insurance
at their own cost.
9.
GENERAL.
By entering
the sweepstakes and/or accepting prizes, entrants/prize winners agree
to: (a) be bound by these rules; and (b) to release Sponsor their parents,
subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, franchises,
and their agents from all liability, claims, action, or proceedings
relating to the sweepstakes and from injuries or damages arising in
connection with or relating to participation in the sweepstakes or use
of the prizes including, without limitation, use of rented vehicles
or equipment, or use of facilities at or around Grand Prize destination,
day spa, and production location. All taxes and other expenses not specified
herein, including federal, state, local, and departure, licenses and
registrations, are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners will
be issued 1099 tax forms for the ARV of the prize. All federal, state
and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor reserves the right, in
their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes
should a virus, bug, computer problem or other causes beyond Sponsors'
control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning
a prize if, in their sole discretion, they determine you are attempting
to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating,
hacking deception, or any other unfair playing practices or intending
to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other players or Sponsor representatives.
In case of a dispute regarding the on-line entry of the sweepstakes,
the entrant will be deemed to be the natural person in whose name the
e-mail account was opened. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY
DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES
MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULTS IN DISQUALIFICATION
OF SUCH PARTICIPANT AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE
THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM
ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL
PROSECUTION.
