ADD-A-FRIEND SWEEPSTAKES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE MYSPACE/FX NETWORKS “ITS ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA” ADD-A-FRIEND SWEEPSTAKES (the “Sweepstakes”).
2. ELIGIBILITY: MUST BE LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, eighteen (18) years of age or older as of July 2,5 2006, who has had internet access since on or before July 25, 2006. VOID WHERE RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED BY LAW. Employees of FX Networks, LLC, MySpace.com, their related entities, their distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion fulfillment and/or judging agencies, retailers, ("Sponsor and their agents"), and their families and immediate household members of each are not eligible.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD/DEADLINES: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am Pacific Time (“PT”) on July 25, 2006 and ends at 11:59 pm PT on August 1, 2006 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
5. HOW TO ENTER. Log on the “Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia” MySpace page at http://www.Myspace.com/SunnyFX and click on the “Add-A-Friend” Sweepstakes icon. Complete the Official Entry Form by providing all information requested, including your name, complete street address, telephone number, age, and e-mail address. Enter as many friend’s e-mail addresses as you like. Each friend will then be sent an e-mail requesting that they add themselves as “friends” on the “Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia” MySpace page. Your friends’ e-mail addresses will not be saved or used in any other way. Each of your friends who becomes a friend on the “Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia” MySpace page will added to your total, and the eligible entrant with the most friends added will be named the winner. All entries must be received by 11:59 pm PT on August 1, 2006, when the Sweepstakes ends, to be eligible for any prize. You may enter as many friend’s names as you wish, but each name will only be counted once.
Sponsor (FX Networks), MySpace.com, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotions agencies are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or unintelligible entries, telephone system or computer malfunctions, lost connections or transmission errors; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the acceptance, possession or usage of any prize or from participating in the Sweepstakes; or (iii) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any material associated with the Sweepstakes.
6. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Grand Prize Winners will be selected based on the total number of friends added to the “Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia” MySpace page. In the event of a tie, all eligible tied entrants will be entered in a random drawing from, which one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected on approximately August 10, 2006. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners must be available to travel during dates specified or will forfeit prize. Limit one prize per person / household / e-mail account.
The winners will be notified by phone, and/or e-mail and/or overnight mail on approximately August 15, 2006. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Random selection will be under supervision of Sponsor or their designee, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the sweepstakes. . All winners will be subject to verification. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the failure to respond timely and completely to the winner notification or if winner is unable to travel on specified dates, will result in forfeiture of the prize and sponsors, in their discretion, may select an alternative winner.
7. PRIZES. One Grand Prize: One (1): Trip for two (2) persons to Los Angeles, California for a walk-on role on the FX Networks original program entitled “Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia.” The Grand Prize includes: roundtrip coach class airfare for two (2) persons from commercial airport nearest Winner’s primary residence to Los Angeles, California, two (2) nights hotel, double occupancy (hotel of Sponsor’s choice), and airport/hotel ground transfers to and from the airport and hotel, and to and from the hotel and the production location, and One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) cash spending money. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00). Winner may elect the trip or a cash equivalent in the amount of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00). Actual value of the trip may vary based on initial point of departure. Fifty (50) First Prizes: Each First Prize Winner will receive “Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia” T-Shirts for them and a friend. ARV of each First Prize is Fifteen Dollars and Thirty-Six Cents ($15.36). The total ARV of all prizes is approximately Four Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Eight Dollars ($4,738.00). Travel dates subject to availability, blackout dates and other restrictions. Sponsor reserves the right to approve trip dates that winner selects. Trip redemption requires four (4) week advance notice for booking. Appearance on ‘Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia” subject to availability and production exigencies. Grand Prize Winners must complete all travel within one (1) year of being confirmed as a Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel together. Guest must also be eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of travel. Prize winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes, and for any travel and other expenses not specified as prizes. Prize winners may be issued and IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of any awarded prize. Prizes, reservations and airline tickets are non-refundable for cash and non-changeable once issued or if unused. If lost, they will not be replaced. Prize winners cannot assign or transfer their prize to another person. Sponsor in its sole discretion may substitute cash or a different prize of equal or greater retail value.
7. CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASES. Eligibility, age and all claims made by winners are subject to verification. Potential winner must complete, sign, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Prize Acceptance/Liability and, except where prohibited by law, a Publicity Release Form within five (5) days of receipt of same. Potential winner’s guest/traveling companion (“Guest”) or parent or legal guardian if Guest is a minor, must also sign, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Prize Acceptance/Liability and, except where prohibited by law, a Publicity Release within five (5) days of prize notification. By accepting prize, winners’ consent to the use of their names, photographs and likenesses for advertising, trade and promotional purposes in all media without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. If a selected potential winners or Guest fail to comply with official rules and/or to submit required documentation within the designated period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. By accepting prize, winners further acknowledge that the Sweepstakes Participants have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied in fact or in law, relative to prize or prize suppliers or to any portion thereof, including by not limited to its quality, merchantability, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose. All travel may be subject to flight variation, delays, cancellations, re-routing, work stoppages or occurrences of force majeure. It is recommended that Winners obtain travel insurance at their own cost.
8. GENERAL. By entering the sweepstakes and/or accepting prizes, entrants/prize winners agree to: (a) be bound by these rules; and (b) to release Sponsor, MySpace.com, their respective parents subsidiaries, affiliates, franchises, and their employees, officers, directors and agents from all liability, claims, action, or proceedings relating to the sweepstakes and from injuries or damages arising in connection with or relating to participation in the sweepstakes or use of the prizes including, without limitation, use of rented vehicles or equipment, or use of facilities at or around Grand Prize destination. All taxes and other expenses not specified herein, including federal, state, local, and departure, licenses and registrations, are the sole responsibility of the winners. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, computer problem or other causes beyond Sponsors’ control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sponsors may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in their sole discretion, they determine you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking deception, or any other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other players or Sponsor representatives. In case of a dispute regarding the on-line entry of the sweepstakes, the entrant will be deemed to be the natural person in whose name the e-mail account was opened. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULTS IN DISQUALIFICATION OF SUCH PARTICIPANT AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
