I can’t log in using my username. We have updated our sign-in process. You must now log in using the email address you provided when you created your account.

Is my email address now my username? No.  The username you choose upon creating your account will still be displayed when you post in the Community.  Your email address will not be visible to other users.

I forgot my password. Click on the “Forgot Password” link from the log-in screen and enter the email address you used during registration.  An email will be sent to you with instructions for resetting your password.

I had multiple user names, but when I log in with my email address I can only use one of them.  How can I log in with a different username? We recently implemented a new registration system on FXNetworks.com. The new registration system requires a single username per valid email address. If we detected multiple usernames for the same email address, the most recently active username was designated as the only one valid for this account.  An email was sent to each account with multiple usernames notifying the owner of this change.

I want to change the username for my account. Once an account is created, you cannot change the username.

I am trying to register a new account but it says my email address has already been registered. I don’t remember what email account I used to register my account and now I can’t log-in. You need to have a valid, active email address associated with your account.  You can register a new account using a valid email address.
