Xiao-Xiao and Xia-Xia Wi (affectionately known as John-John and Zsa-Zsa by the Jersey City crowd) are a couple of wealthy young investors from Taiwan. They seem to be married -- or are brother and sister? The passports may be fake, but the Prada is real. Wi Ventures seems to own a Chinese steel manufacturer which happens to be supplying the Waterfront Field project with a good deal of its exterior cladding -- or are they just dumping inferior product on a pair of naive architects? And what was in that extra shipping container that somehow didn't get inspected by the Port Authority?
