Allison Mack is best known for her series regular role on the long-running CW series Smallville in which she played “Chloe,” The Daily Planet’s eager journalist and longtime friend/confidante to Clark Kent. She also directed two episodes of the series. Since completing the series and prior to her return to television with Wilfred, Allison focused her energies on the New York theatre scene, workshopping the Bobby Lopez (Avenue Q, The Book of Mormon) musical Up Here with Josh Radnor, starring in off-Broadway productions of Love, Loss and What I Wore (The Westside Theatre) and The Apple Cove and participating in The Public Theatre’s Shakespeare Lab (The Women’s Project).  

Since beginning her career at age four in a commercial for German chocolate, Allison has consistently worked in television and film. She garnered much attention for her portrayal of a teenager who abuses and inflicts wounds to her wrist on 7th Heaven. In the fall of 2000, she starred in The WB's The Nightmare Room, and The Opposite Sex and had a recurring role in Evening Shade. Allison also starred in Showtime's critically-acclaimed feature My Horrible Year! which was Eric Stoltz's directorial debut. She also starred in the Disney features Honey, We Shrunk Ourselves, Camp Nowhere and voiced the character of “Tiffany Nickle” in Warner Brothers hit animated feature The Ant Bully.
