FXNOW Holiday Movie Guide

Our list of festive and family-friendly films to check out this holiday season.

Christmas songs have taken over radio stations. The lights have been strung on the tree with (sort of) care. The presents are (hopefully) bought and (maybe) wrapped. That means time off for the holidays is coming up very quickly. And if decorating cookies and/or going around the neighborhood caroling is not on your to-do list in December, might we suggest a marathon of festive and family-friendly films?

Currently streaming on FXNOW is a bevy of movie titles that will put you in the holiday spirit. From a comedy about friends spending the night before Christmas together to a half-goat, half-demon creature stalking Adam Scott and his family during the holidays, we've got everything you could wish for in a Christmas movie binge-watching session.

If you are looking for a list of films that you can watch with the little ones (children, not elves. But elves are also welcome to watch), FXNOW has many family movies you can put on to entertain the kids while the grownups go on a last-minute wine run to the store.

Check out our holiday movie guide below and don't judge us for stretching the definition of a "holiday movie." Snow-White and The Huntsman just sounds Christmas-y, and Deadpool has a very memorable Christmas scene. Any movie can be a holiday movie, actually, if you watch it this time of year. So go nuts.
