Kaniehtiio Horn is a Mohawk actress, writer, director, producer and podcaster from Kahnawáke, the reserve outside of Montreal. She stars in Sterlin Harjo's FX series The Lowdown opposite Ethan Hawke. Season two will air this fall. She starred in the Lionsgate feature Alice Darling opposite Anna Kendrick, which premiered to rave reviews at TIFF. Horn starred as the baddie in the Peacock series Rutherford Falls opposite Ed Helms, created by Helms and Sierra Teller Ornelas. She appeared in the scene-stealing role of Deer Lady in the critically acclaimed FX series Reservation Dogs. Horn will soon star in the independent feature The Marshall opposite Guy Pearce.Horn wrote, directed, produced and starred in Seeds, which premiered at The Toronto International Film Festival in the Discovery Program. Seeds follows Ziggy (Horn), who is offered her first gig as an online influencer, promoting Nature's Oath, a seed and fertilizer company. When her cousin summons her back to the rez, she is forced into a battle to save her people's legacy, finding her power along the way. Horn is receiving rave reviews for her directing and performance.Horn starred in the FOX 21/Nat Geo series Barkskins created by Elwood Reid, and opposite David Thewlis. She is a fan favorite in the critically acclaimed Hulu comedy series Letterkenny, for which she was recently awarded the Canadian Screen Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Featured Supporting Role in a Comedy Series. Horn also serves as a producer on Shoresy, the spinoff of Letterkenny. She voices a role in the FOX animated series Grimsburg starring opposite Jon Hamm and has an extensive voiceover and audiobook resume.
