Jordan Davies

WAFC Player

Homegrown superstar Jordan Davies was a product of the Wrexham AFC Academy before earning a move to Brighton & Hove Albion as a teenager. He returned to his boyhood club in the summer of 2020 and has become an integral part of the squad.

Davies, 24, hails from Coedpoeth, just outside Wrexham, and was on the brink of a breakthrough to the first team, after impressing in a loan spell with Bangor City, before he moved to Brighton.

Though he did not make a professional appearance with Brighton, Davies was highly-rated when he left and it was a surprise to many that he returned to the National League with Wrexham. The move proved a match made in heaven for both club and player – ending his first season in goal-scoring form before hitting 20 more goals in his second season.

Davies was crowned “Young Player of the Season” in his first season back, before winning Players’ “Player of the Season” for 2022/23.
