Ollie Palmer

WAFC Player

Towering striker Ollie Palmer became Wrexham’s club-record signing when he signed for an undisclosed fee during the January transfer window in 2022. The former AFC Wimbledon man made an immediate impression, scoring on his debut before going on to form a key attacking partnership with Paul Mullin for the remainder of the campaign.

Palmer, 30, originally started his career in non-league with Woking, impressed with Havant & Waterlooville before earning a move to the EFL with Mansfield Town and then Leyton Orient, Lincoln City, Crawley Town and Wimbledon.

He was the Dons’ top scorer in the 2021/22 season at the time of his move to Wrexham, but then enjoyed an even more prolific record with the Red Dragons in the second half of his debut season.
