Career Highlights

LaKeith Stanfield was nominated for a 2020 Oscar® for Best Supporting Actor for his role as “Bill O’Neal” in Warner Bros.’ Judas and the Black Messiah. He starred in Netflix’s The Harder They Fall in November 2021. He is also executive producing and starring in The Changeling for Apple TV+ and will star opposite Tiffany Haddish in Disney’s reboot of The Haunted Mansion.&nbsp;Stanfield has appeared in&nbsp;many films including:&nbsp;Knives Out opposite Daniel Craig; Uncut Gems opposite Adam&nbsp;Sandler; Jordan Peele’s Get Out; The Photograph opposite Issa Rae; Straight Outta Compton as Snoop Dog; The Girl in the Spider’s Web; Miles Ahead; Snowden; Crown Heights, which won the Audience Award at Sundance in 2017 and Selma. He was nominated for a 2019 Critics Choice Award for his starring role in Annapurna Pictures and Boots Riley’s Sorry to Bother You.&nbsp;Stanfield’s breakout role was acting and rapping in both the short and feature-length versions of the film Short Term 12, for which he was nominated for Best Supporting Actor at the 2013 Film Independent Spirit Awards.&nbsp;On the small screen, he has starred opposite Gina Rodriguez in Someone Great; as “L” in Netflix’s Death Note and was seen in War Machine opposite Brad Pitt. Stanfield is also an avid musician and will be releasing new music soon.
