Kate Barry | Executive Producer | Children of the Underground

Kate Barry is the Executive Vice President of Current Content for Story Syndicate. Barry oversees multiple projects, and her recent work includes the Netflix film Britney Vs Spears, HBO series I’ll Be Gone in the Dark and Netflix’s The Innocence Files. Previously, Barry was Head of Production for PULSE (VICE) and a Production Executive for National Geographic Channel, where her projects included the Emmy®-nominated series Cosmos, StarTalk and Brain Games. Barry began her career in scripted film and European co-productions. Her work as an independent producer has spanned scripted and documentary work in both New York and Europe, including the Cinema Eye-nominated The Pearl, HBO’s Emmy-nominated The Weight of the Nation, HBO’s Atomic Homefront and Words That Built America.
