The Full Monty

Lee Mason joined the Disney+ EMEA team in July 2021 as Director of Scripted Content. In addition to The Full Monty, he&nbsp;is executive producer on other U.K. productions, including the much-anticipated drama Rivals, based on the celebrated novel from Jilly Cooper, Steven Knight-penned boxing drama A Thousand Blows and Tudor murder mystery series Shardlake, written by Stephen Butchard and based on the&nbsp;C.J. Sansom novels.&nbsp;&nbsp;Prior to joining Disney, Mason was a Commissioning Editor at Channel 4 for nearly a decade. He cut his commissioning teeth on the long-running soap Hollyoaks, then went on to oversee dramas including Ackley Bridge by Ayub Khan Din, Loaded by Jon Brown, No Offence by Paul Abbott, The End of the F***ing World by Charlie Covell, Adult Material by Lucy Kirkwood, It’s a Sin by Russell T Davies, Somewhere Boy by Pete Jackson and Jack Thorne’s Help, starring Stephen Graham and Jodie Comer.&nbsp;&nbsp;Before this, Mason worked at a number of independent production companies, including Keshet International, Shed Media, Endemol and Tiger Aspect Productions.&nbsp;
