Kayvan Novak is an award-winning British Iranian actor and voice artist. For his work as “Nandor” in FX’s What We Do in the Shadows, he was nominated for Best Actor in a Comedy Series at the Critics Choice Awards, Best Actor in a Science Fiction/Fantasy Series at the Critics Choice Super Awards and Best Actor in a Broadcast Network or Cable Comedy Series at the HCA TV Awards. Also for FX, Novak reprised his role of “Fabian Kingsworth” in the most recent season of Archer.
Novak appeared in Disney’s Cruella, directed by Craig Gillespie, opposite Emma Stone and Emma Thompson. He starred opposite Nick Frost and Chris O’Dowd in James Griffiths’ Cuban Fury, as well as in F. Gary Gray’s Men in Black: International, in which he plays three different characters. He can also be heard voicing “Dino” alongside Tom Hiddleston and Eddie Redmayne in Early Man.
Previously, Novak won the Best Comedy Performance at the 2011 British Comedy Awards for his role in Chris Morris’ Four Lions and appeared in the Academy Award®-winning film Syriana alongside Matt Damon and George Clooney.
Additionally, Novak is the creator and star of the famous British prank show, Fonejacker, which earned a BAFTA nomination in 2017 for Best Comedy Program and won in 2008.
