Zach Galifianakis stars as “Chip Baskets,” a man who always wanted to be a great clown. But after striking out as a French clown and as a hospital clown, he’s beginning to wonder whether there’s even a place for clowns in society these days.Galifianakis also plays “Dale Baskets,” Chip’s identical twin. Dale is an influencer and climate change skeptic who knows exactly how to make America great again.

Louie Anderson stars as “Christine Baskets,” the ceremonial head of the Baskets Family Rodeo and a soon-to-be Carpet Queen. She has spent her life caring for her boys, but now with her fiancé in the picture, she’s questioning her priorities.

Martha Kelly stars as “Martha,” an insurance claims adjustor with chronic carpal tunnel.

Alex Morris guest stars as Christine’s boyfriend “Ken.” He’s abdicating his Carpet Kingdom’s throne to move to Bakersfield.
