Jon Bardin | Executive Producer | Children of the Underground
Jon Bardin is Head of Documentary and Nonfiction for Story Syndicate, the production company from award-winning filmmakers Liz Garbus and Dan Cogan. He is responsible for developing series, feature documentaries, podcasts and scripted projects. Before joining the company, Bardin was Vice President of Documentaries for Discovery, where he oversaw the company's diverse slate of films and limited series, including Sundance premieres Racing Extinction, Rancher, Farmer, Fisherman and Tigerland, as well as Steven Spielberg and Alex Gibney's landmark series Why We Hate. He also co-founded the non-profit production company The Public Good Projects, where he currently serves on the board. Bardin has a PhD in Neuroscience from Weill Cornell Medical College.
