Thomas Schlamme is currently directing Netflix’s upcoming limited series A Man in Full and recently directed the finale of FX’s Under the Banner of Heaven. Other recent credits include The Plot Against America for HBO and A West Wing Special to Benefit When We All Vote for HBO Max, the latter of which earned him the Directors Guild of America (DGA) Award and two Emmy® Award nominations. Through his company, Shoe Money Productions, he’s executive produced series such as Manhattan, Pan Am and currently Snowfall for FX, created by the late John Singleton. He has won nine Emmy Awards, four DGA Awards and two Peabody Awards.&nbsp;He served two terms as the president of DGA from 2017 to 2021.&nbsp;
