<p>Mike Daniels spent years cutting his teeth on network dramas where not a single character was shot in the head before Kurt Sutter graciously allowed him to prospect for <i>Sons of Anarchy</i>. He is now thrilled to have spent three seasons breaking stories that prompt calls from his mother who says things like, “Please tell me it wasn’t your idea to push that man’s face in the bucket of nails.” He is married to a woman who is completely out of his league and is the proud new father of a baby boy, Gabriel October. His next project will be a journal instructing his son on how not to make the same mistakes his father did. However, it is likely his son will follow in his father’s footsteps as a (literary) gangster anyway. Some things you’re just born into.</p>
