<p>Rebecca Shaw and Ben Kronengold are a comedy-writing team among the youngest creators and showrunners in Hollywood today. Their critically acclaimed FX series “Adults,” which The New York Times called “‘Friends’ for a new generation,” will return for a second season this year. “Adults” was listed among the best shows of 2025 by The Atlantic, Vulture, Decider, TV Guide and more.</p><p>Kronengold and Shaw got their start as writers on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” where they were hired at 22 years old, and have since been featured on Variety’s Comedy Impact List, written for publications like Shouts &amp; Murmurs and McSweeney’s and profiled by The New Yorker and The New York Times. Their debut book of short stories, “Naked in the Rideshare,” was published by HarperCollins and called “a brilliant collection” by Mindy Kaling and “genius” by Will Ferrell.</p>
