John Linson has worked with some of the industry’s most talented and influential artists, starting out by producing music videos for bands such as Nirvana and Guns and Roses.He moved on to producing studio feature films, including Alfonso Cuarón’s Great Expectations starring Robert DeNiro and Gwyneth Paltrow, Lords of Dogtown starring Heath Ledger and Emile Hirsch and The Runaways starring Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning. He is currently producing The Outsider at Warner Bros. with Daniel Espinosa attached to direct.Riding motorcycles since he was a teenager inspired his desire to develop a series set in the outlaw biker world. He approached Kurt Sutter to write it and thus Sons of Anarchy was born.

Charlie Hunnam stars as "Jax," who is the son of John Teller, founder of the Sons of Anarchy motorcycle club, and the stepson of Clay Morrow. As the newest president of SAMCRO, Jax increasingly finds himself using the dark tactics of one father to achieve the ideals of the other. Having made bold moves to put his club on the path to legitimacy, Jax, at the brink of realizing JT's dream, now lives in the aftermath of seeing those dreams crushed with the murder of his wife, Tara Knowles. Deprived of his moral compass, Jax embarks on revenge, seemingly willing to tear down all that he has built.

Katey Sagal stars as "Gemma," who is Jax's mother, a true matriarch. As fierce as she is nurturing, willing to go to any lengths to protect her family and domain, Gemma proves this once again when she murders Jax's wife, Tara, in a misguided effort to keep her son out of jail – adding to the wealth of dark secrets she already keeps.

Mark Boone Junior stars as "Bobby," a big man with a big voice. After stepping away from the MC and giving up his VP flash, Bobby has returned to Jax's side. No longer an officer, Bobby still remains a trusted adviser and Jax's voice of reason.

Kim Coates stars as "Tig," who is as ruthless as he is odd. Fears nothing except dolls. He loves puppies.

Tommy Flanagan portrays "Chibs," who was born in the ghettos of Glasgow and raised on the streets of Belfast. Scrapper tough. A "chib" is Scottish street slang for a blade. Loyal to a fault, Chibs is Jax's most trusted confidant and VP.

Theo Rossi portrays "Juice," who is always the most emotionally fragile member of SAMCRO. His betrayal of Jax has left Juice on the outs with the MC. Juice must choose between preserving a dark legacy with the MC or a life on the run.

Dayton Callie stars as "Wayne Unser," the former sheriff of Charming, who is now a night watchman living out of his airstream on the SAMCRO compound's back lot. Haunted by his past and struggling with cancer, Unser holds a torch for Gemma while he seeks to reconcile who he was as a lawman and the compromises he's made in the name of keeping the peace.

Jimmy Smits stars as "Nero Padilla," a Latino gangbanger, Byz-Lat O.G., and currently running Dioa Norte and Diosa del Sur with Jax. A self-proclaimed "companionater." Nero was searching for a better life for his son when a chance meeting with Gemma pulled him deeper into the outlaw life through his association with SAMCRO. Now Gemma's love interest, Nero must straddle the line between his allegiance to the Mexican gangs and his paternal feelings with Jax as tensions mount in Gangland.&nbsp;

Drea de Matteo stars as "Wendy Case," Jax's ex-wife and mother of his first-born child, Abel. Wendy is an ex-junkie, who cleaned up her act and became a drug counselor only to fall off the wagon when a failed attempt to help Tara escape Charming with her kids resulted in a disastrous run-in with Jax. After the murder of Tara, Wendy's primary goal remains the welfare of her boys.

David Labrava stars as "Happy," who is intense. Violent. SOA's Sergeant at Arms. Takes pleasure in serving the club and exacting vengeance. Has a smiley face tattooed on his torso for every act of "happiness" he commits.
