Katie Aselton plays "Jenny," who is confident and outspoken. Jenny is a guy’s girl who rolls with almost anything and more than holds her own in this group. Last year Jenny played as dirty as any of them but came up short in her quest to repeat as champion. The solution? Play dirtier.

Mark Duplass plays "Pete," a troublemaker who’s charming enough to talk his way out of 70% of the messes he gets himself and his friends into. Pete has successfully rebelled against adulthood: he may be a divorced man-child with an uninspiring job–but in fantasy football he’s a stud, lording over the League with ease and élan. The only thing he loves more than winning is rubbing it in– and thus has declared himself “Sacko Commissioner.” But this season the Sacko Commissioner faces his greatest challenge: Taco. How do you punish a guy who hardly knows he’s in a League. And things will get even rougher for Pete when his ex, Meegan (Leslie Bibb), comes back into the picture...

Nick Kroll plays "Ruxin," who is educated yet crass, arrogant yet paranoid. Ruxin is in conflict with himself and the world most of the time. And even when he gets everything he wants, he still hates it. Ruxin is sure the other members of the League are colluding against him, and he’s usually right. This season, he can turn the tables when the fate of the very league itself rests in his hands...

Jon LaJoie plays "Taco," Kevin's brother, part-time musician and full-time stoner. He’s actually won the League once – though he knows nothing about football. His current “job” is the president of Taco Corp, a company that has one employee and a worldwide headquarters – which is a van. Taco Corp’s last venture - the Eskimo Brothers Data Base sold to Mark Cuban, and now Taco’s moving into the hotel business with a bed and breakfast, the EBDBBnB, a place to meet and make new Eskimo Brothers.

Stephen Rannazzisi plays "Kevin," the League Commissioner. He was the first one of the group to get married and have a kid, which makes him as close as it gets to an adult in this group. He started the League because he thought it would be fun but has now realized it just means babysitting seven more children. His wife, Jenny, used to be the brains of his football operation, but now that she has her own team in the League, he’s on his own. He would like to have another child and another championship but his prospects for both seem pretty bleak.

Paul Scheer plays "Andre," who was the punching bag of the group in high school. Now that he’s a well-established plastic surgeon and is by far the most successful...absolutely nothing has changed. His friends still pick on him, get into his head, and rattle him into bad trades and stupid mistakes. At the end of last season, Andre lost his restaurant, but won the Shiva, and the Laguna Beach house that came with it. The fact that it burned down seconds after he won it has not deterred Andre from celebrating “The Year of the Dre.”
