Sterling Archer, voiced by H. Jon Benjamin, has never been good with authority figures, but when his new nemesis, Fabian Kingsworth, also becomes his boss, it’s just too much to bear.&nbsp;Archer decides that his days of being professional and responsible are over (wait, when were those?) and it’s time to really let loose.&nbsp;Archer’s ready to party, so look out any friends, coworkers or multinational spy conglomerates that try getting in his way.

Voiced by Aisha Tyler, Lana’s marriage to Robert is over, but a divorce proceeding keeps him in the picture.&nbsp;Losing a husband, gaining a new boss and having AJ back from boarding school is all becoming a bit too much for Lana.&nbsp;Her philosophy these days is to just keep her head down and do the work. A job is a job, and right now Lana needs to let her career take a backseat as she straightens out her personal life.&nbsp;The only problem is: Archer is in that backseat too, and he’s tired and wants a juice box.

Cyril Figgis, voiced by Chris Parnell, has a love/hate relationship with the new bosses at IIA.&nbsp;On one hand he admires their complex bureaucracy machine, but on the other hand they keep sending him on missions he doesn’t want to be on.&nbsp;Cyril would love nothing more than to stay at the office and work on spreadsheets all day, but how can he compete with a team of IIA accountants with years of experience? One thing is for sure, Cyril is probably the best accountant/spy IIA has…probably.

Cheryl/Carol Tunt, voiced by Judy Greer, isn’t getting the respect she feels she deserves, so she begins a journey of self-discovery.&nbsp;It turns out she loves being rich and making things explode, and with a purse filled with C4 and good ideas, maybe now is the time the rest of the gang will take her seriously.

Pam Poovey, voiced by Amber Nash, enjoys being out in the field as a full-blown agent and looks forward to showing IIA her stuff.&nbsp;Worried she’ll be overlooked, she takes charge whenever the opportunity arises, which leads to some sticky situations. But Pam’s never met a sticky situation she didn’t like. (Phrasing…boom!)

Algernop Krieger, voiced by Lucky Yates, feels that IIA’s tech is way behind the times and looks forward to showing them new and exciting experiments and inventions.&nbsp;However, Krieger hopes his REAL experiments will still fly under the radar.&nbsp;You can’t have prying eyes seeing your jars and jars of eyes.&nbsp;It’s seriously a lot of jars.

Voiced by Adam Reed, Ray Gillette's past relationship with IIA has garnered him a bit of mistrust amongst his coworkers. It hurts Ray to think his work family is suspicious of his loyalties, but not enough to prevent him from taking advantage of the great IIA perks and choice mission assignments. Will Ray be able to change his friends' opinions of him or will he just have to sit alone in his corner office in his $10,000 chair?

Voiced by guest star Kayvan Novak, Fabian Kingsworth (head of IIA) has taken control of The Agency and is making Archer’s life hell by one-upping him at every turn and sending the gang on wildly impractical missions.&nbsp; Are the missions just torture for Archer, or is Fabian hiding a more sinister motive?
